選使(shi)用(yong)孔眼及大型(xing)管線的內(nei)腔涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)工藝，它(ta)是采(cai)用(yong)無(wu)氣(qi)(qi)噴建(jian)筑金(jin)屬涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)機(ji)氣(qi)(qi)力輸送機(ji)來的高(gao)壓電建(jian)筑金(jin)屬涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)，采(cai)用(yong)醬藏(zang)的噴水(shui)嘴，使(shi)建(jian)筑金(jin)屬涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)霧(wu)化(hua)吸(xi)入后間接變成汽車喇叭形（園椎(zhui)型(xing)、塊實心），不均地噴在(zai)管線內(nei)表層，因此構(gou)建(jian)管線的涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)工藝。 NKP-1型(xing)主要的不適在(zai)Ф50-Ф300mm的排水(shui)管，材(cai)料(liao)(liao)粘(zhan)性不得當高(gao)過80秒(miao)（4號(hao)福特杯）。但(dan)(dan)如果材(cai)料(liao)(liao)動力粘(zhan)度大于80秒(miao)，要加撲滅(mie)(mie)劑撲滅(mie)(mie)。NKP-1型(xing)根本上不易受到輸送管道(dao)段長度受到限制，但(dan)(dan)建(jian)議不長至15米(mi)。
